Convert Psd To Html With Xml

I need to have a completed design (sliced .psd) converted to Constant Contact (http://www.constantcontact.com). Constant Contact is used for e-mail newsletters, and has a system in place for editable templates. I just need XML placed into the HTML where the editable fields go in the newsletter so that the constant contact system can read/edit this newsletter template properly. The newsletter design was done in photoshop and has been sliced and coded in html, but still needs some simple CSS work
